Corporate Management Trainee Program
At Dah Chong Hong (DCH), we grow both business and people. To capture business opportunities across Greater China, we have created a two-year rotational program to develop young talent into future leaders.
Every year, we invite talented individuals who wish to accelerate their professional development in the consumer goods industry and aspire to connect people with quality products and services to enrich daily living to join the program.
- Learn about our motor, food, electrical appliances, healthcare and logistics businesses
- Work and contribute in the business and the Corporate Office
- Have cross-border exposure in both Hong Kong and China
- Build people networks across the organization
The Program lasts 24 months and offers structured training and business rotations to Management Trainees.
We are looking for university graduates in any disciplines with less than 3 years of work experience and the following qualities and skills:
